Transition: migrate to the desired situation

The key objectives of the Transition phase are the controlled implementation of the desired situation based on the corporate print policy and the implementation of the new MPS (Managed Print Services). Your corporate print policy is translated into the optimum implementation for your organisation in terms of products and services. Services to be provided are laid down in a Service Level Agreement with clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The corresponding management processes are then defined and implemented. The Transition is executed according to the PRINCE2™ methodology.
