Easy maintenance

The Easy maintenance service module provides services in two categories:

• On-site Fleet Operator Services handle everyday maintenance tasks such as replenishing consumables, fixing paper jams, cleaning the printer area and notifying the helpdesk if required 

• Break-Fix Services carry out proactive and corrective maintenance activities for the multi-brand print fleet
