Océ COSMOS, document process automation for print and non print workflows
The workflow of producing the right output on a device (printer, archive, e-mail, web) usually consists of different steps. One or more IT systems generate data in some form and shape. The data needs to be split-up, collected, sorted, transformed in a different format, an electronic form needs to be added and combined again etc. These preparation steps may consist in closed solutions (Island Solution ) rather than being connected.
