Océ main sponsor World Congress on Ergonomics
Venlo, the Netherlands, 10 July 2006—Océ proudly announces its official sponsorship of the 16th World Congress on Ergonomics held at the Maastricht Exposition and Congress Centre in Maastricht, the Netherlands (10-14 July 2006).
At the 16th World Congress, Océ representatives will deliver a presentation and workshop about their innovations in ergonomics. One example of innovative Océ technology is unique TouchtoPrint technology, in which the user's fingerprint is instantly scanned and verified at the printer. This new innovation safeguards confidentiality and speeds up processes. Also, the wheelchair-friendly MUST design (Multi User STand) will be presented, showing how the height of a printing interface can be adjusted for easy use by people in wheelchairs.
This congress is organized on behalf of the International Ergonomics Association (IEA) in close collaboration with the ergonomics societies from The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany-and the Federation of European Ergonomics Societies.
