Education and Sustainability

Océ enables its customers to manage their documents eco-efficiently and eco-effectively by offering innovative print and document management products and services for professional environments.

Océ environmental partnership

Océ have formed a partnership with eRecoEMEA Corporation Limited to support our customers in recycling print consumables.

Now, any Océ customer that wishes to recycle their toner bottles, ink cartridges and other print consumables can contact eReco who will supply special bags to gather the recyclable materials for a small fee. The bottles are then collected by eReco or a third-party partner and recycled in the UK.

How eco-friendly can print be?

Océ is not a company that conducts sustainable business because it’s fashionable or because it increases sales, being green has been part of Océ’s DNA for decades.

Océ’s sustainable practices are implemented in every area of our business, from developing award-winning sustainable technology, which reduces power consumption, waste and emissions through to providing a range of recyclable media and supplies. 

We have even been awarded for our commitment to the environment, in 2010 Océ won the 2010 Green IT Award.
