Our Training and Development function provides all employees with opportunities to explore their full potential. We believe skills enhancement is a continuous journey throughout your entire career.

The investment in development begins with access to literally thousands of courses covering hundreds of subjects and areas of expertise, depending on your needs.  This is done via our state of the art e-learning system known as Océ LearnLink, and our partnership with Skill soft, the internationally acclaimed designer of distance learning.  This system enables employees to complete online training courses, monitor their PDP (personal development plan), and automatically maintains records of the skills they have developed.

In addition to this, Océ creates and maintains hundreds of live classroom and virtual course events each year that are directly related to our products, services, sales process, and our marketplace. Also, employees receives a comprehensive induction to the company including up-to-date Health & Safety instruction.  This is followed by regular performance reviews on an annual basis. Employees are encouraged to seek opportunities within the company and manage their own career, facilitated by their manager. 

The entire training system is free and openly available for each an every Océ employee.

We are also proud to announce that in 2008, all employees can access their personal training system from any computer, on any network that has public internet access at home, or at the office.
